“酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！”

“I checked into the hotel. I entered an elevator elevators were filthy. I'll get to the first room. Take a look at the room, find what looks like black bug. They tell me it's not a bad bug, but sure looked like it today. Replace the room, put me into a second room that had what appeared to be bodily fluids on the sheet. Mattress was full of hair. After 2 rooms, I'm not going to attempt a third this hotel. Chooses to still charge me for the room even though they couldn't provide me with an……

“The staff were ok, the price was ok, but the hotel is runned down, ceiling leaked in the room they put us in, the clerk put us in another room. The carpet was very dirty and made the room smell bad. The beds were terrible, the sheets on the beds were stained with I dont know what ! Everywhere you looked you saw that repairs were needed. The Hotel itsself needs remodeling badly. The advertised Hotel photos I saw at booking was very different looking as to what I saw when I arrived at the hotel.……

“Family of 4 stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. Main reason for coming was to visit Dollywood and enjoy the pool. I’m a huge Margaritaville fan and usually have very high ratings of resorts we have stayed at previously. Staff was amazing! Check-in staff to our waiter were incredible! Nice, attentive and very keen on making our stay enjoyable. Our room was nicely sized, and the beds were clean. We did find hair in the bathroom and a huge sticky spot on the floor that remained for both days, even……

“The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!”
